The Integration Architect will design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered applications and integrate AI models with enterprise IT systems, including Salesforce. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field, relevant AI/ML certifications, 8–10 years of integration architecture experience, and experience with GenAI, agentic AI, Python, NLP, reinforcement learning, cloud platforms, version control, and Agile development. Required platform experience includes Agentforce or Salesforce Einstein and AI-model integration with enterprise systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 8–10 years of experience as an Integration Architect
2+ years designing, developing, and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered applications or products
1+ year building and integrating agentic AI systems with planning, reasoning, and decision-making components
Experience with NLP techniques, including text generation, understanding, and summarization
Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms and their application to agent training
Experience working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms
Experience with version control systems
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience integrating AI models with enterprise IT systems
Preferred Qualifications: Prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models
Knowledge graphs and semantic reasoning
Multi-agent systems and coordination
Explainable AI techniques
MLOps and model deployment pipelines
Containerization technologies
