Practical SAP integration experience with standard APIs, events, and legacy patterns.
Agile and DevOps leadership experience managing backlogs, iterative delivery, flow, and operational accountability.
People leadership and coaching experience guiding a small technical team.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant professional certifications in integration, cloud, API management, MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, Agile, DevOps, or architecture.
Experience in higher education, research, government, healthcare, public sector, or another complex mission-driven environment.
Experience integrating identity and access management, student, HR, finance, procurement, research, facilities, data lakehouse, or analytics platforms.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA.
