Description
The Integration Assistant supports children with special needs in daycare centers and preschools in the Enzkreis region and Pforzheim. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting group participation, communication, play, emotional and social development, and implementing support plans while collaborating with parents and other parties. The role is part-time in the mornings, may run 4–30 hours per week, and is fixed-term for 3 months to 2 years depending on the support case. Applicants need a pedagogical or therapeutic qualification or relevant experience, strong communication and empathy, an extended police clearance certificate, and proof of measles immunity or vaccination.
