IWERK is hiring an integration assistant, school aide, or KiTa assistant to support children with physical, intellectual, or emotional disabilities in school or kindergarten settings. The role provides targeted support, promotes participation and inclusion, and helps children develop their potential. Candidates should have a completed training or qualification, experience caring for or supporting children and/or adolescents, strong social and communication skills, a driver’s license and personal vehicle, and very good German skills at least at level B2.
