Description
The role leads technical implementation and integration projects for project44’s supply-chain platform, including customer kick-offs, API and system reviews, SIT and UT test planning, training, status management, hypercare, documentation, and platform configuration. It requires 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in integrations, software delivery, or supply-chain technology, along with experience with APIs, SaaS, project management, and tools such as Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub. The position is based in Bengaluru, requiring five days per week in the office and a 5:00 pm–2:00 am IST shift.
