Synera is hiring an Integration Developer to build and own add-ins and integrations for its agentic automation platform, serving engineering partners and customers. The role combines software development, partner collaboration, technical decision-making, and end-to-end integration projects across CAD, simulation, PLM, MES, and AI technologies. It requires experience with PLM, SPDM, or MES platforms, strong C# and C++ skills, algorithmic thinking, autonomy, and clear English communication. The role offers flexible working from Germany, access to the office in Bremen, and an annual salary of 67,000–109,000 EUR depending on experience level.
