Description
onsemi is hiring a Manufacturing Integration Engineer at its EFK Hopewell Junction site to own technology transfer and manufacturability for advanced discrete power FET technologies. The role covers device architecture from concept through qualification and high-volume manufacturing, process optimization, device characterization, electrical testing, failure analysis, root-cause analysis, and integration with systems, product, packaging, and applications teams. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field, at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with discrete power FETs, and expertise in 300mm fabrication, DOE, SPC, 6-sigma, and FMEA. The base salary is $88,700 to $142,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
