Description
The DEVone Integration Engineer will build code examples, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools that enable software partners to integrate with NICE CXone. The role involves developing APIs, authentication, real-time streaming, and sample applications; troubleshooting partner integration issues; documenting integration patterns; translating partner feedback into problem statements for Product and Engineering; and maintaining internal onboarding tools. It requires a computer science or related degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of professional software development experience, proficiency in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET, and experience with RESTful APIs, web technologies, debugging, and external partner collaboration.
