Stripe is hiring a full-stack software engineer for its new Forward Deployed Engineering team. The role involves designing and architecting secure, scalable solutions, building and deploying production applications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, engaging with users to understand requirements, and contributing tooling and best practices. The position requires 10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, backend infrastructure experience, production application delivery, rapid prototyping, containerized applications, and object-oriented programming; software consulting, distributed systems, API design, data modeling, AI APIs, and enterprise delivery are preferred.
