Ericsson Netherlands is hiring a First Line of Contact (FLOC) professional to support VodafoneZiggo's Test Centre in Heerlen. The role manages project intake, test-environment configurations, equipment and asset lifecycles, safety and compliance, building access, stakeholder coordination, change-impact reporting, and operational dashboards. It requires hands-on technical and service-oriented work, strong organizational and communication skills, Dutch and English proficiency, on-site availability, and willingness to obtain ESD and VCA certifications.
