Description
Geotab is hiring an Integration Hardware Developer to act as a hardware subject matter expert for new vehicle and equipment integrations. The role involves building proofs of concept, defining requirements for hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams, leading pilot installations, designing and testing harnesses, enclosures, and toolings, reverse-engineering vehicle and equipment systems, and supporting OEMs and third-party device manufacturers. Candidates should have vehicle systems, sensors, control systems, diagnostics, and electrical or communications architecture experience, along with hands-on vehicle-problem diagnosis, technical engineering education, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% to global locations.
