Cobalt Service Partners is hiring a remote Integration Lead to own the Day-1-to-100 post-merger integration playbook and onboarding for acquired partner companies. Reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence, the role coordinates finance, systems, people, and shared-services workstreams; leads acquisition announcements; clears blockers; executes value-lever plans; and builds durable operating standards. The position requires regular travel to partner-company sites, a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, and experience running concurrent post-merger integrations.
