Progressive Companies is hiring an Integration Leader to coordinate and integrate architecture, engineering, consultants, and construction teams across Single Point Delivery projects from pursuit through closeout. The role leads project management execution, complex client engagements, design management, constructability reviews, risk and cost oversight, and the development of project managers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of design or construction management experience with demonstrated leadership across design coordination and construction execution.
