Description
Panelmatic is hiring an Integration Manager to lead and oversee the integration department at its Conroe facility. The role manages production planning, staffing, project execution, quality, safety, testing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination for industrial control panels and automation systems. The manager will provide technical leadership on electrical integration, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems; support troubleshooting, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Testing; and drive departmental performance through KPIs and operational excellence. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of relevant manufacturing or integration experience, and at least three years of supervisory or management experience.
