Description
Volaris is seeking an Integration Manager to lead the post-acquisition integration of a newly acquired business. The role involves developing and executing integration plans, coaching local leadership, aligning operating, financial, talent, and strategic practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to portfolio leadership. The position requires experience leading large complex businesses, strong commercial and financial acumen, project management, change or M&A integration experience, cross-cultural communication, extensive travel and/or temporary residence in Australia, and the ability to be based in Australia or Western North America.
