The role involves configuring integration environments, analyzing client requirements, consulting on API integrations, monitoring and troubleshooting API communication, preventing disruptions, and communicating vendor requirements to the development team. Required qualifications include network technology knowledge, API and logging experience, SQL basics, debugging and analytical skills, and upper-intermediate English and Russian; previous experience in technical account management, manual QA, or technical support is preferred.
