Flex is hiring an Integration Processes Supervisor in Guadalajara, North Campus, to lead manual assembly and integration processes in a 100% manual manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role manages production lines and a team of engineers or officers, oversees testing and unit assembly, troubleshoots operational issues, evaluates process improvements, and responds to quality, safety, or productivity deviations. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience, senior planning or similar experience, a background in electronics, automotive, mechatronics, or a related field, manual assembly and electronic testing experience, people-management and operational leadership experience, English proficiency, Excel and ERP knowledge, and schedule flexibility.
