Description
The employer is hiring a specialist for the Integration Services (IFD) to provide counseling for people with hearing impairments, develop employment solutions for severely disabled employees, coordinate with company stakeholders and partners, and support implementation. The role requires a degree in social work, social education, or another social-science field, counseling experience, knowledge of hearing impairments and company processes, and preferably knowledge of DGS. It is based in Wiesbaden, Hesse, and can be performed for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 30 hours per week through additional vocational-integration activities.
