Description
As an Integration Specialist at Certify360, you will be responsible for seamless onboarding and technical integration of new instructors into the 360Academy platform. You'll analyze systems and processes, translate them into efficient platform setup, and ensure smooth transitions for both employees and students. AI plays a significant role here, using it to accelerate analysis, assess data quality, monitor migrations, and automate repetitive configuration and data preparation tasks. You'll work with AI workflows to speed up installation tasks, structure data, and recognize patterns contributing to a smooth and error-free onboarding.
