Netzwerk Lippe gGmbH is hiring an Integration Specialist (m/f/d) for its Integration Support Service in Detmold. The role advises and supports people with mental, cognitive, neurological, and health-related disabilities in working life and employment participation; supports transitions into training and employment; advises employers; collaborates with benefit providers, authorities, schools, and other partners; develops individual vocational integration solutions; documents and reports in KLIFDWeb; and conducts networking activities. Applicants need a degree in pedagogy, rehabilitation education, social work, psychology, or a comparable field, knowledge of vocational rehabilitation and psychosocial care, SGB IX knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a class B driver’s license. The position is available part-time or full-time and offers professional development, fair compensation, and at least 29 days of vacation.
