Description
The Integration Specialist leads the technical integration, validation, testing, and deployment of complex, multi-disciplinary simulation platforms for high-fidelity avionics training and operational simulation environments. The role coordinates with systems engineering, software and hardware developers, manufacturing, test, configuration, and program management teams; integrates hardware, software, audiovisual, motion, control, networking, and cybersecurity systems; develops integration plans and test documentation; supports customer demonstrations and field deployments; and mentors junior specialists. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of real-time simulation systems experience, strong programming and networking knowledge, and an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
