Panelmatic is hiring an Integration Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of its integration team at the Houston facility. The role supervises integration technicians and production personnel, coordinates production schedules and customer deliveries, oversees electrical assembly and control-system integration, supports troubleshooting and factory acceptance testing, ensures compliance with electrical and quality standards, and leads training, hiring, performance management, and continuous-improvement activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems, and knowledge of electrical schematics, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
