Zones LLC is hiring an Integration Supervisor for a second-shift role running from approximately 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm. The position supervises the Integration Department, coordinates production schedules with Sales and Engineering, maintains customer SLAs and project ETAs, supports technicians, maintains industry certifications, and reviews lab equipment. Candidates should have a CompTIA A+ certification, experience managing 5–10 technicians, strong analytical and customer-service skills, and knowledge of Windows, PC hardware and software, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and remote access. The salary range is $60,000–$80,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
