The role supports enterprise integration and middleware operations by monitoring integration services, APIs, queues, scheduled interfaces, and middleware components; investigating failed transactions and interface issues; coordinating incident resolution with multiple technical teams; supporting configuration changes, certificates, endpoint updates, deployments, and release validation; maintaining interface documentation and support records; and ensuring secure API and integration practices with strong traceability and access controls.
