EveryMatrix is hiring an Integration Team Lead in Bucharest, Romania, to lead Integration Managers and own end-to-end delivery of client integrations and software solutions in the iGaming and sports betting space. The role combines line management with oversight of complex integrations, project lifecycles, stakeholder and vendor relationships, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery governance. Candidates need experience with complex software or iGaming integrations, delivery leadership, lean agile practices, multiple client-facing projects, globally distributed teams, and third-party vendor management.
