Exponent is hiring a Test Engineer to test battery, BMS, pump, connector, and integration systems for its EV rapid-charging products. The role involves executing standardized test procedures, recording deviations, collaborating with subsystem owners through production and product life, raising and prioritizing bugs, verifying specifications, and improving test standards. Candidates need at least two years of experience with lithium batteries or high-power chargers, electrical knowledge, hands-on wiring and measurement skills, and prior battery, BMS, or charger testing experience.
