Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager (IVVQM) at Thales

Thales is hiring an Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager in Singapore to define and execute the IV&V strategy for the LORADS-III program. The role leads the IVV team, develops IVV plans and KPIs, conducts technical gate reviews, manages customer scope and requirements, supports bids and engineering cost estimates, and contributes to configuration control, risk mitigation, and process improvement. The position requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree, at least seven years of test engineering experience in complex software-centric safety-critical systems, and experience in multidisciplinary engineering, systems and software engineering lifecycles, stakeholder communication, and mentoring.
