Description
The Integrations Technical Specialist will provide technical triage and support for partner API integrations, investigate API errors and data discrepancies, analyze usage and operational data with SQL and dashboards, support partner onboarding and launch readiness, and develop diagnostic resources and process recommendations. The role requires at least two years of experience in API integrations, technical partner support, implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar technical operations role, along with hands-on API troubleshooting, SQL or comparable query experience, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, API clients, ticketing systems, or AI tools. The contract is remote and pays $30–$34 per hour.
