Share Connections in Ohio is hiring a full-time Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Team Leader in Cleveland, Ohio, to oversee the training, staffing, operations, and direct support for one to three homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes 24/7 on-call staffing support, payroll and financial oversight, employee training, certification support, and performance evaluations, with a varied schedule requiring nights and weekends.
