Description
Keystone Human Services is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to oversee assigned programs supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role supervises program staff, leads team meetings, supports program development and compliance, collaborates with clinical teams and families, manages incident response and staffing, and assists with budgeting and service-area planning. Candidates need a relevant education and experience combination, at least two years of supervisory or management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, web-system proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and access to an insured vehicle.
