Description
Hill Ward Henderson is seeking a paralegal to support patent and trademark prosecution and intellectual property transactions. The role includes electronic filing of US and PCT applications, preparing and filing IDSs, assignments, prior art, and other support documents, maintaining and operating a docketing system, supporting attorneys during mergers, acquisitions, and technology licensing negotiations, and communicating with clients, vendors, USPTO personnel, court personnel, experts, and attorneys. The position requires 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience supporting intellectual property and litigation attorneys in a law firm environment, along with strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
