The role provides first-line support for employee travel and events through real-time monitoring, traveler assistance, horizon scanning, incident triage, escalation, situational reporting, mass notification, and technical intelligence support. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 1–3 years of intelligence or GSOC experience, with familiarity with global risk intelligence, incident response, mass notification, travel risk management, and open-source analysis tools. Control Risks offers hybrid working, a $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, bonus eligibility, and a broad benefits package.
