YouTube is hiring a Suicide and Self-Harm Intelligence Analyst for its Intelligence Desk to investigate emerging trends, threat vectors, and behavioral patterns related to suicide, self-harm, and eating disorders across YouTube and the broader digital ecosystem. The role monitors high-risk online phenomena, evaluates platform vulnerabilities, produces evidence-driven intelligence for executive and cross-functional stakeholders, and partners with Trust and Safety, Youth, and product teams to support safety mitigations and product updates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of relevant business intelligence, data analytics, risk intelligence, trust and safety, crisis response, or risk analysis experience, and experience managing sensitive online content domains. Preferred qualifications include cross-functional project leadership, executive communication, Big Tech experience, SQL and data visualization, and egregious-content analysis. The role offers a US salary of $141,000–$205,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with work locations in London, New York, and San Bruno.
