Urbia is hiring an Intelligence and Performance Specialist to consolidate communications, marketing, visitation, events, sponsorship, and business indicators; develop dashboards, reports, executive presentations, measurement methodologies, and ROI models; and provide business intelligence and strategic recommendations. The role supports Commercial, Communications, Marketing, and Operations departments and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, data-analysis experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is an on-site position at Parque Ibirapuera with transportation, meal, medical, pension, life insurance, and wellness benefits.
