Description
Core One is hiring an Intelligence Community Training Program Manager to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple annual training courses, manage instructors and program staff, coordinate logistics and facilities, oversee budgets and financial reports, liaise with sponsors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with security and intelligence-community protocols, monitor performance, and improve participant outcomes. The role requires at least seven years of relevant program-management experience, IC contract-management experience, PMP certification, at least three years of budget and financial-management experience, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The stated salary range is $150,000 to $225,000, subject to contract award and negotiated rates.
