Description
The contractor will provide SME support for NCIA’s intelligence-systems e-learning program, including instructional design, storyboard and script development, production of 3–7-minute interactive micro lessons, SCORM-compliant courseware, and embedding of lessons in WIKI pages within the NATO Software Factory. The role is 100% off-site at the contractor’s premises, with occasional travel to NATO sites, and requires a NATO SECRET clearance, at least five years of military intelligence analysis experience, NATO intelligence-systems experience, instructional-system-development and courseware experience, and strong English communication skills. The base period of performance is 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2027, with optional extensions through December 2027 and June 2028.
