Datacom is seeking an Intelligent Automation Architect to design, govern, and evolve enterprise automation solutions across complex IT environments. The role works with sales, presales, delivery, engineering, and clients; defines scalable and supportable architectures; evaluates RPA, Ansible, scripting, orchestration, and ServiceNow approaches; manages automation use-case backlogs; develops and governs AI-enabled service-delivery assets; standardizes reusable solutions; and leads automation engineers and testers.
