Description
The role focuses on parameter matching, function debugging, and performance optimization of next-generation intelligent driving algorithms across prototype vehicles and production platforms. Responsibilities include tuning perception, fusion, decision-making, planning, and control modules; leading on-road testing and corner-case analysis; developing automated MIL/SIL/HIL-to-on-vehicle toolchains; managing system requirements and FMEA; and collaborating with algorithm, functional safety, and other teams. The position requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computer science field, more than five years of relevant experience, proficiency in vehicle dynamics and control, C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink, and familiarity with Vector or ETAS toolchains and in-vehicle bus protocols.
