Microsoft is hiring a Frontier Intelligent Optimization SME to establish and run an always-on intelligent optimization framework for strategic customer engagements. The role redesigns workflows, uses Copilot Dashboard and Work IQ signals to identify adoption and agent-drift issues, refines prompts and agent configurations, embeds improvements in standard work and execution cadences, and transfers the optimization discipline to customer counterparts. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and 4–8 years of technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or related experience, along with continuous-improvement, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and production-evaluation experience.
