Amity Foundation is hiring an Intensive Case Manager to support people in Los Angeles County who are at risk of reincarceration. The role assesses client needs, conducts wellness checks and crisis management, develops treatment plans, advocates for public benefits, coordinates mental health, substance abuse, and housing resources, and collaborates with probation, healthcare, legal, and other community partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or social science with one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent high school diploma with three years of relevant experience, along with strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. A vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver’s license are required, and the role offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, HSA, and life insurance benefits.
