Project Renewal is hiring an Intensive Case Manager for its Parole Support and Treatment Program. The role provides temporary supported housing and clinical services to individuals under Department of Corrections and Community Supervision supervision who have serious mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Responsibilities include client assessments, individual case management plans, service plans, monthly client visits, benefit and entitlement assistance, progress monitoring, housing coordination, and documentation in CAIRS and AWARDS systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience working with mentally ill and forensic consumers, or an MSW with two years of such experience, plus a valid New York State driver’s license.
