Description
The Safer Foundation is seeking an Intensive Case Manager (ICM) to determine client eligibility, conduct enrollment, and provide case management services to individuals with arrest and conviction records. The ICM will support recruitment, conduct assessments, address client barriers, and help clients identify training and employment goals. They will act as a coach and trainer, providing comprehensive services and collaborating across departments. This position requires knowledge of reentry populations, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft productivity tools.
