Description
The Intensive Case Manager (ICM) at Safer Foundation is responsible for determining clients' eligibility for services, conducting enrollment, and providing case management during program enrollment and follow-up. This includes supporting recruitment, conducting assessments, assisting with client barriers, and providing wrap-around services to clients with arrest and conviction records. The case manager helps clients identify training and/or employment goals to obtain and sustain meaningful employment, acting as a coach and trainer for Safer clients in the Clean Energy Program. This position involves working across agency departments and assisting in recruiting for training and career pathways related to the Clean Energy Program.
