Description
The employer is opening a new intensive one-to-one educational support measure for FLINTA* adolescents with high support needs in Cologne. The role provides close daily accompaniment, builds stable relationships, identifies and manages crises, develops individual perspectives, coordinates with external partners, documents educational processes, and contributes to the development of the offering. It requires a recognized educational qualification in youth education, childcare, social work, special needs education, or rehabilitation sciences, with residential youth care, trauma pedagogy, aftercare, or intensive educational support experience preferred. The position follows a Monday-to-Sunday three-shift schedule and offers supervision, professional development, TVöD-based pay, vacation days, and other benefits.
