Description
The International Site Manager will prepare, coordinate, and monitor installation projects for technical systems at clients’ sites in Belgium and abroad. The role supervises installation teams and subcontractors, plans materials, tools, and personnel, monitors progress, and coordinates with workshops, project managers, clients, suppliers, and purchasing. Candidates need a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in (electro)mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, strong technical and organizational skills, team-management experience, French and English proficiency, and willingness to work abroad for approximately 80 days per year. The position offers a full-time permanent contract with international travel allowances, insurance, bonuses, leave, and development opportunities.
