Cygnific is hiring an Interaction Analyst to analyze customer interactions, develop reports and dashboards, translate data into recommendations, partner with operations and client stakeholders, monitor improvement initiatives, and manage the Verint Interaction Analytics platform. The role requires near-native Dutch and fluency in both Dutch and English, at least three years of analytics or business intelligence experience, and a bachelor-level education. It offers a gross monthly salary of €4,200–€5,500, a one-year contract with potential long-term collaboration, hybrid work, and a start date as soon as possible.
