Create/Change is hiring a permanent Interaction/UX Designer to lead user-centred design across complex digital services projects. The role covers discovery, user research, journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, inclusive and accessible experiences, Agile collaboration, workshops, usability testing, design systems, design assurance, and specialist UX advice. Candidates need significant UX or interaction design experience, preferably in government or public-sector projects, along with prototyping, accessibility, Agile, stakeholder engagement, Figma, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
