The Training and IETM Lead will lead a team developing S1000D Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and customer training materials for the MIC2 Undersea Mission Systems and Integrated Common Processor programs. The role coordinates sustainment leadership, engineering product teams, Scrum events, Jira work, impediment removal, and project planning; it requires Agile and Scrum expertise, team leadership, government-customer experience, and the ability to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally. The position offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
