The role provides live video service to members, handles account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and cash exchanges, advises members on financial products and services, and supports member relationships and problem solving. The position follows a learning path from Interactive Virtual Representative I through III and requires a high school diploma or GED and less than one year of similar or preparatory experience. The starting wage is $21.88 per hour, with benefits and possible interpreting differentials.
