EGI is hiring a full-time Interconnection Manager to lead interconnection strategy and coordination for major U.S. transmission, HVDC/HVAC, renewable integration, and grid infrastructure projects. The role manages interconnection applications, system and facilities studies, technical negotiations with ISOs/RTOs and utilities, stakeholder coordination, project risks, and the translation of study outcomes into design, schedule, cost, regulatory, and commercial implications. It requires a relevant engineering degree, typically 7+ years of experience, U.S. interconnection knowledge, and fluency in English; the role is U.S.-based, preferably in California or the New York area, and offers hybrid or remote work with regular travel.
